Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order. The only cost to you will be the shipping fees. The return process will be arranged within 72 hours.

How long do I have to request a refund?

You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that items must be in their original condition with tags attached. This policy applies to apparel and clothing only. Perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How will I receive my refund?

If you paid online, the refund will be credited back to the same account used for the original purchase.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned items, we will initiate the refund process. The refund may take up to 14 days to be completed.

Exchanges

Can I exchange or return an item in your store if I purchased it online?

Currently, we offer the option to exchange or return items in our store only for purchases made in Kuwait. For all other purchases, returns and exchanges must be processed online.

Can I exchange the size or color of an item? Yes, you may exchange the size or color of an item within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, present the invoice at the nearest DIVA store.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size or color is not available, a refund will be processed instead.
