Delivery Inside the State of Kuwait
We deliver within the State of Kuwait through Aramex. If you choose to pay via credit or debit card, a delivery fee of 2.000 KD will apply. Delivery will typically occur the next day from the date you place your order. If the item is not available in the warehouse, delivery may take up to two days.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide through Aramex and DHL. Delivery times vary depending on your location relative to Kuwait. The cost of international shipping is calculated based on the total weight of the items being shipped. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout for your review and approval before placing your order.
Please note that customs charges may apply to shipments in certain countries. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Time Frames: Delivery times are approximate and depend on the smooth transition of your package through customs. We cannot predict or be held responsible for customs procedures or delays in your country.

Signature Required: All orders require a signature upon receipt. The courier will not deliver your package without a signature. Delays may occur if you are unavailable to sign for your package or pay the required customs and taxes upon delivery.

No Shipment Redirection: Once shipments leave our warehouses, we cannot redirect them. Please ensure that you, or someone authorized by you, are available at the specified delivery address.

Insurance: All shipments are insured by DIVA Fashion until they reach your delivery address. Once you or your representative sign for the receipt, responsibility for the package transfers to you or your representative.

PO Box Deliveries: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes unless a customer representative is available to sign for the delivery on your behalf and pay any duties and taxes. Providing a street address and telephone number is recommended.

Package Inspection: Upon receipt of any package, check that it has not been tampered with or opened before signing. If the package appears opened or in poor condition, inspect the contents and reconcile any discrepancies with the included invoice. Do not sign for the package without noting any issues with the shipper and informing us via email at info@divafashionu.com.
